You should have received a letter giving you your unique USERNAME and PASSWORD for Student World. However, this is not sent until AFTER YOU HAVE SUBMITTED TUTOR MARKED ASSIGNMENT 01. If you have submitted TUTOR MARKED ASSIGNMENT 01 and your work for this Assignment has been marked and returned to you, but you have not received the letter giving you your unique USERNAME and PASSWORD please send an email to: tutor@skillstrain.co.uk

 

If you have your unique USERNAME and PASSWORD but are having problems connecting to Student World please check the following:

 

1. Ensure that you are using the correct URL http://www.skillstrain-online.com

 

2. Make sure that you are NOT typing the URL into the Google search. You should type the address of the URL into your browser, for example Internet Explorer.

 

3. Make sure you are typing the USERNAME and PASSWORD correctly, ensure that you do NOT have the Caps Lock key on. The USERNAME and PASSWORD are case sensitive. Ensure that you use the SHIFT KEY, and not the Caps Lock key, to enter the UPPERCASE characters.

 

4. Make sure that you do not enter spaces before or after either the USERNAME or the PASSWORD.

 

5. If you continue to have problems please contact your tutor team by telephone when you are near your PC. The telephone number of your tutor team is shown on the letter you received giving you your tutor details.
