However, if your query relates to a teaching matter, ie. you need further explanation regarding a particular area of your course material, then you should contact your TUTOR TEAM by telephone or webmail. The details of your TUTOR TEAM can be found on the letter which was sent to you giving you your tutor details. Remember that webmail goes directly to your TUTOR TEAM, so please ONLY include queries relating to help you need with your course material, please do not use webmail for other reasons as it may delay the response.
