I HAVE ONLY JUST STARTED THIS COURSE AND I HAVE COMPLETED THE BOOK WITHIN THE MONTH I AM HAPPY THAT I AM DOING THIS COURSE AS I HAVE LEARNED A LOT OF THINGS ON THIS COURSE I FIND THIS COURSE IS HELPFUL AND I LOVE IT

Even though I have had many personal problems and a lot of work load, I am managing consistently to keep up to date with my work, I am carrying my units booklet with, everywhere I go, even at work so I can try and get through the course faster and attempt to complete the whole book by the end of the month. Alongside I am working and have family commitments, but I am happy and content at the amount of reading and work I am managing.

I had almost completed CCNA/CCNP when the course was updated and I have to go for new CCNA course. I had been working full time with a blue chip company and studying the course but all of a sudden the company came into "CRUNCH" cycle and wind up their business from UK. Ultimately all of our posts were made redundant. It was very stressful and extremely difficult to pull along in such a hard time. I couldn't continue the course for few months and my login was suspended. I lost all the details of the institute. However I manage to speak to one of the tutor team member who (she) was so helpful and advised me to send mail to Administration department. I sent the mail and in few days time I received all the details and my login is enabled now. I am going to start this course again as value of doing this course was felt much more being so demanded in todays market.

I have been out of work for many years due to ill health, this is the first time I have done anything like this since leaving school in 1984. Wanting to get back to work, I found it nearly impossible to find a job with no real qualifications. When I started this course, I was very apprehensive, and worried I would not be able to cope, and being unemployed has placed additional stress on me due to finding the finances for this course. Over the last 2 month, I have been surprised by how well I have done. I only hope that with the support of the collage team, and of my partner and my son, I continue to achieve similar results, and finally get some qualifications to assist my return to employment.

This month, through work I have created a detail specification, costings and performance analysis for a new work server specifically designed to manage reporting across a 100 user base. This is to be purchased and for install and configuration next month by myself and the IT Team.

At the start of the course I found it difficult because I work full time and found it really difficult to find the hours to study however I feel I have really been exceeding my hours of study even around my job and in this month alone I have submitted 2 tma's one of which I know I passed with 93% which I am very pleased with and I am already well under way at learning my next tma.

Bagged a diploma in IT from London metropolitan university 2009, also bagged an IT qualification, access to information technology 2002 from college of north east london, OCN and am presently studying for Cisco with skillstrain hopefully 'll conclude it and get a job within this IT field. amen! amen! amen!

I have achieved 100% marks on my last few assignments
I also have made an computer engineering an interest for a lot of school leavers,they have now moved on college taking a variety of it courses

I decided to achieve my result despite the pressure from a family of 4kids and other difficulties after 2yrs not able to focus to submit my TMAs, as you May notice l had increase my TMA through studying harder.

When I first started this course the only thing I knew about a computer was how to turn it on and use it, Since reading the Skills-Train book I have a better understanding of what go's on inside a computer I have submitted Three Tma's
the first result was 85% the second was 97% the third I am waiting for the result.
My brother in law had a problem sending files to his printer so using what I have learnt so far I was able to show him how to do it.

I started the course in December 2008 at the age of 18, with no knowledge of website design. I have just finished only my 2nd book of the course, and have gained alot of knowledge so far. Over the last few months I have been working on designing my own website for a local plumbing company, and have recently had it published and also had it put onto google search. I am very happy with what I have learnt so far, and seem to have come a long way in a very short space of time. I am very proud of myself of doing this aswell as managing a full time job.

I personally think I have excel way above my expectations due to the fact that ive never done anything like this before and my first mark was 95% which shows I have grasped and understood the materials sent to me...being a single dad is the hardest job in the world,schools runs,keep a clean house,dinners etc and still find the time to put in 3-4 hrs a day is way beyond what I think I could achieve..... heights by great men reach and kept were not attained by sudden flight but they while their companion slept were toiling upwards through the night......one of my many motto's that keeps me focused.....

Finally sorted out my online issues so can easily access student world. am gonna finish the second lesson and can gladly say, am now gonna be on schedule or even ahead of it...
