I have achieved use of my Microsoft 2007 and excel. Now I use it for my billing stuff and accounts handing and also writing letters to my friends and sending e-mails and designing leaflets and hand bills. And a bit of colourful painting too.

I wish to have my own desktop computer or laptop where I can store my work permanently into the pc hard disk memory,

I still thank the skillstrain team for their patience with me in studying.

I Have completed my A+ level of CCNA and achieved 90% result.
I have started studying now CompTIA Network+ Part A and achieved 100% result for the first assignment.
I am really happy and confident in IT field after studying with skills train. the books and materials they provide are really helpful.

I am surprised and thrilled by the results from my tutor marked assignments, because I've been working 12 to 14 hours a day and I managed to submit 2 assignments , plus , when I started the course I knew little about IT now I gained excellent understanding ,and I feel I can go all the way ,to the end and achieve the results I wanted.

Well I haven't got a lot to mention at the moment but im just so happy to be given the opportunity to be able to do this course. I've completed the first two COMPTIA A+ essentials books and am now starting the third one. I think to do that in four months while also working 39 hours a week is good going for me and its my determination to get it done that's making me do it. Not only to get a better job but for myself. It's the best money I think I'm ever going to spend.

Hi there I think im getting better to get my way around a pc now with the help of the work there keep setting us from the books. some times its hard but I think I'm getting there. I've put a lot of hard work in and I know that the help there if I need it

I Managed to increase tutor marked assignment result by a significant amount through studying harder. Studied 2hrs everyday and got 90% and over on my tutor marked assignments, made great improvement compared to section 1 (part A internet). Completed and handed section 2 on time, knew nothing about web design when l started the course but l can now create my own web site from scratch. The course has taught me more about web design than what l have learnt at college it's so amazing. I am so pleased about the results l have achieved in my assignments this month it was beyond my expectations.

Well I started this course too long ago and have been incredibly lazy in working through any of it. Recently I lost my Job and realised what I was missing out on. Within 24 hours I was back in employment as a van driver. (not the ideal job but a job none the less. This kinda made me think about what I wanted to do with my life. So I picked myself up and Submitted 6 assignments in the same month! I've been working my bum to the bone even studdying between deliveries to ensure I can complete this course in record time and prove to my parents that I can make something of my life and prove to myself that I can do anything if I put my mind to it. now I have finished building my first PC and have help fix a friends pc with my new found knowlege. WOO!!! I'm on the way up :)

I have received my Student world Login Details today (25.09.09) and I have already submitted my Tutor Mark Assignment 01 and 02 already, I am heading to submit my TMA 03.

I repaired my own printer when it was NOT working . I was able to identify the problem and find solution to it.
Am now able to copy and paste documents into diffrent folders.
I fix someone desktop computer when is not function at all . The problem was the motherboard, when he didnt know.

I already completed my degree in Computer Science form distance learning but what experience I got here is totally different, I am mother of 2 children sometime its bit difficult to manage time for the course but I tried and got more than 90% marks in most of the assignment. I like this course because this course is not only theoretical but it's practical/lab file is very helpful to understand the topics. Now I feel myself more confident in hardware part, in which I was totally unaware like setting up server and client and understanding the basic protocols that I never used before. This course is not only helping me to become a web designer but I can also go for IT technical job. Thanks to the course co-ordinator who made such a complete course. Still I am struggling in some part of the course but hope definitely I will solve my problem with the help of tutor team.

I have managed to study this month, even though it has proven to be very hectic, with a lot of personal problems and challenges. I am nearly ready to submit one of my assignments, which I have worked hard for.

Since before Christmas I have thought about whether I was doing the right thing by taking this course, because I am forgetting what I learnt in my previous assignments, and my pc has developed a fault with sound that could not put right.

After speaking to Anthony I had a good think about it, I enjoy working with pc`s and decided I cant let it get me down, I have now changed the way I study and feel, as a pc technician I would encounter problems, and remembered all the times I resolved my pc issue`s and enjoyed the feeling of achievement.

I am now back to trying to resolve my sound problems with the help of your tech team.. because anthony made me realise that it..... is ok to ask for help
