I feel that since I started the course my results have improved by a big margin and I have been able to share stories with my dad. This has helped me as my dad is not familiar with IT but with the study completed so far I have been able to explain to him what I understand about webdevelopment. This course has also showed me and outlined what it means to be a webdeveloper or webmaster.

Many thanks

I am currently studying CIW, I have always had a keen interest in this course. During the past FIVE moths I have developed a variety of skills including: outstanding experience in networking and XHTML, I was ask to connect 12 computer in SEVEN SISTERS TRANING CENTER.I mainly acquire these skills from what I have learn and the good surpport my tutor . I always focus on task at hand and what I have learn from my tutor.
My high level of confidence has allowed me to overcome this in the past and I am confident that I will be able to overcome the challenges that I will face in the future,
I will soon be employ in the training center.
I know that I will benefit immensely from this, because is an outstanding achievement, I can believe when I saw the computers communicating together.
THANX

Hi,
I'm 22 yers old and I realy enjoy this course. Its about 4 years when I've come to UK and since then I'm trying to fight my way up. At first it was a language barrier and money problems (I had only £230 in my pocket arrived to UK and knew nobody here) but I always manage with determination and bit of luck break through. Know I'm student at London Metropolitan University studying Business and Marketing course and I love it. Since I had a chance to see little bit into e-commerce I knew which path I'm going to walk. I struggled a lot to find suitable course to teach me about web design (I just like to create things myself the way I like it). At the moment I'm taking Web design manager course and I realy enjoy it. I have a full time job (63hr/week) as well. Hotel receptionist for minimum pay and working 7 nights a week ( yes, nightshift). Its not easy to stay awake but it gives me time to study during my shift. Than in the morning I have a seminars and lectures at university as well. People say you must be very tired! Well I am somethimes but there is that exciting feeling of prosperous future and that keeps me going. During the summer when I loose the pressure of the uni I'm planning to lunch my own online project but that's still in the stage of planning. Well, I dont know if that counts as a achievement but going through all this and seeing progress ( never fail TMA or uni exam) gives me very satisfying feeling.

I stopped this course since June last year thinking I May not be able to continue. I decided in last week of March to continue. Now I have submitted two TMA about to submit the third. I have actually done well in the last one week considering the nature of my job.

I have achieved very good marks with my tma section A ,averaging about 78% .I am very pleased with this though I am trying to do better .It isnt easy always finding time though to fit studying in though as I work full time shift work as a carer for those with learning disabilities.I am however really enjoying this coarse and it is a big achievement for me .

Working permanent night shift pattern, doing house refurbishing before arrival of my first child (due on may2) I still managed to start my ciw design managers course at the end of March and by the end of April managed to do 4 tutor marked assignments and almost finished first book-one assignment left. I think it is pretty amazing to cope with my night work, refurbishment and taking care of my pregnant wife in a day to find time to study for a brighter future for me and my family which is growing

Had a very severe backache that made sitting at the computer a hell, but I was able to complete all my assignments.

Despite having to start a new job and being really nervous I have still managed to work very hard on my course. I must admit I am really struggling with it. I am trying to be positive and motivate myself into putting in more and more hours each week. I must say I have surprised myself positive thinking and just keep going is paying off. I don't always get it right but at least I am heading in the right direction.

I started with part-time job in Cambridge few weeks ago and it take me most of my spare time so that I have not so much time to study the same pace as before. I decided to take a book with me on the train and I am learning while travelling between London and Cambridge that is quite hard sometime if train is busy and I have to stand or I am so tired on my way back that I keep falling asleep after each paragraph.

But I managed to accomplish first lesson of my new Section1-C, even if it seemed the hardest lesson (harder for me to understand and longer than previous lessons).

Btw, I found it useful to walk with a book outside during learning as a cure against falling asleep all the time. Brain has perhaps more oxygen needed. :)

I am currently a gap year student working full time, I get up at 5:30 in the morning and study before going to work, this way I can still enjoy my social life after work. Studying in the morning gives me plenty of peace and a smile on the face for the rest of the day.
